Anker Liberty 5 Pro Max Ai Note-Taking Earbuds Whisper-Clear Calls Wireless Earbuds

Anker Soundcore Liberty 5 Pro Max is a premium true wireless earbud system designed for music, calls, commuting, travel, and productivity. Its standout feature is an AI Note-Taker built into the smart charging case, which can record in-person meetings, lectures, and interviews through the case’s built-in microphone, then synchronize with the Soundcore app to generate AI transcriptions, summaries, key points, and action items. Soundcore specifies that this recording feature is intended for in-person, in-room audio and does not record online meetings, video calls, or phone calls.

The smart charging case features a large 1.78-inch AMOLED display that provides direct access to the AI Voice Recorder, ANC controls, and earbud settings. The display can also be personalized with custom or live wallpapers through the Soundcore app.

For audio, the Liberty 5 Pro Max uses 9.2mm wool-paper diaphragm drivers and supports Hi-Fi sound with AAC, SBC, and LDAC codecs. HearID 5.0 provides personalized EQ tuning, while AI Sound Enhancement is designed to improve audio detail affected by Bluetooth compression. The earbuds also support Dolby Atmos with head tracking.

The Adaptive ANC 4.0 system uses eight sensors together with the Anker Thus™ AI chip to process more than 384,000 noise signals per second, while the call system combines 8 microphones, 2 Voice Pickup Units, 10 sensors, and an AI Large Model for voice processing. Soundcore markets this system for clearer calls in environments exceeding 100 dB.

The Liberty 5 Pro Max also supports 20 built-in offline voice commands for functions such as skipping tracks, taking calls, and adjusting volume. Multipoint connectivity allows connection to up to three devices, while Bluetooth 6.1 provides wireless connectivity with a listed range of up to 10 meters.

Battery life is rated at up to 6.5 hours with ANC on per charge and 28 hours including the charging case in Standard mode. When multiple smart features are enabled simultaneously in Extreme mode, Soundcore specifies approximately 2.5 hours per charge and 10.5 hours with the case. A 5-minute charge provides up to 4 hours of playback in Normal mode.
