UGREEN 40203EU CM621 8-in-1 4K 30Hz HDMI Splitter

UGREEN 40203EU CM621 HDMI Splitter is a powered HDMI distribution device designed to send one HDMI source to up to eight displays simultaneously. Supporting 4K resolution at 30Hz, it allows compatible computers, media players, TV boxes, and other HDMI source devices to distribute the same video and audio signal to multiple televisions, monitors, or projectors.

The splitter features 1 HDMI input and 8 HDMI outputs, making it suitable for multi-screen installations in offices, classrooms, retail environments, conference rooms, exhibition spaces, and home entertainment setups. All active outputs display the same source content rather than creating separate independent screens.

Using the HDMI 1.4 interface, the CM621 supports up to 10.2Gbps signal bandwidth, Full HD output at 60Hz, and compatible 3D content. It also supports HDCP 1.4 and CEC functions on compatible equipment. Its powered signal-distribution design helps maintain reliable signal delivery across multiple connected displays.

The UGREEN CM621 includes a dedicated DC power connection and supports cascading configurations for compatible multi-unit installations. Its elongated enclosure accommodates the eight HDMI output connections, making it suitable for organized multi-display distribution setups.

Important Performance Limitation

Display Limitation: The maximum supported resolution is 4K@30Hz, not 4K@60Hz. Source devices, HDMI cables, and displays must support the selected resolution and refresh rate.

Mirroring Limitation: All active outputs display the same source content. The splitter does not create eight independent desktops, switch between eight sources, or independently control the resolution of each display.

HDMI Compatibility Limitation: The device supports HDMI 1.4 and HDCP 1.4. Protected content and display modes must be compatible with the source, splitter, cables, and receiving displays.

Cascading Limitation: Connecting multiple splitters may expand the number of displays, but the resulting configuration depends on compatible equipment, signal timing, cabling, and power requirements.

Power Limitation: The splitter requires its compatible external DC power adapter. Use the power supply specified for the supplied hardware version.

Compatibility

The UGREEN 40203EU CM621 is designed for HDMI-equipped source devices and displays, including:

• Desktop computers and laptops with HDMI output
• Media players and TV boxes
• Set-top boxes
• Gaming consoles operating in supported display modes
• Televisions
• Computer monitors
• HDMI-enabled projectors
• Compatible AV equipment

Each connected display must support the selected resolution and refresh rate. HDMI cables are required for the source connection and each display output.
